My approach isn’t theoretical—it’s the culmination of real-world applications and measurable results across diverse sectors. From manufacturing and professional services to online retailers, across the globe including the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

As a once-shy, introverted child who loved nature and logic, I never imagined I’d lead a freedom revolution in scaling expert service businesses.
Yet my early passion for logic and strategy steered me into a career as a Chartered Management Accountant, where I climbed the corporate ladder, enjoyed travelling the world, and initially thrived in the structured chaos of corporate life.
By my late twenties, I was leading growth at one of the world’s largest manufacturing companies. Despite my success, a persistent discomfort and exhaustion gnawed at me. The corporate world’s relentless pursuit of profit at all costs, was growing too loud to ignore.
A pivotal moment came when my dad, John, was forced into an early retirement due to illness. Witnessing his lost dreams of an active retirement was a harsh reminder of the fleeting nature of time and the importance of pursuing life on your terms. That was all the motivation I needed and so in 2014 I left the corporate world.
Embarking on my own with no network was daunting. I resisted all advice to “niche” and productise my service”, no pre-existing business model seemed to fit nuanced service I envisioned offering. Each early attempt—from piecemeal projects to expansive contracts—offered hard-learned lessons.
Everything was shaped by my mission to use my expertise to make a great living whilst having freedom to live my life.
Living in the Lake District with my husband and our dog Juno, we have the life and freedom I dreamed of.
Now, I bring a data-driven approach to help consulting and service founder to not just succeed financially, but have freedom to live fulfilling lives.
